Hello, Poetry Friend

I am so honored to have a poem included in the latest issue of The Windhover, published by the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor.

My poem “Ephaphtha” is written in the context of one of those Gospel stories that won’t let me go, Mark 7:31-37. The reason the story has always stuck with me is because I have been completely deaf in my left ear since the age of 5.
